Clean Salad Dressing

How many of us eat salad thinking we are making a good and healthy choice? I know I used to until I read the back of the dressing labels.  I am a ranch girl or was. Now I try to eat it in moderation, if at all.  I found some clean salad dressing recipes that I am going to be trying.  The recipe below I have tried and LOVE.  I am going to try the ones in the pictures. Try them out and let me know what you think! I will keep you posted on which ones I make.

Here is the one I make and love it!
Creamy Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 to 5 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp unfiltered honey or raw agave nectar

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on medium high for 30 seconds or until well mixed.  Store in airtight container in refrigerator.  If dressing solidifies when cold, let sit at room temperature until liquid.  Makes 8 to 10 servings.
