Clean Eating

So this morning while checking my Instagram I saw this and just had to share because it is so true.  I think back to every time I have started a diet or plan to lose weight and my first thoughts and comments to my friends and family were things like "back to eating cardboard", "back to starving myself", or "goodbye yummy food." The list goes on and on.  It wasn't until 3 months ago when I joined a challenge group that taught me the Clean Eating principles that I realized being healthy does not have to be miserable.  There are so many good foods out there to eat that are good for you.  You don't have to rely on Smartones meals etc (that are actually terrible for you).
I read the Tosca Reno Eat -Clean book recently and learned so much! Eating clean and healthy does NOT have to be a miserable process.  I actually enjoy it more than my old eating habits.  The foods I am eating give me more energy and I stay full longer. I actually eat more than I did before however, I have been eating foods that fuel my body and are healthy instead of highly processed foods that make me feel sluggish and grouchy.
